Well, Mr G came home and flourished the camera, so I have just added Danielle #4 to the Spring Top Flickr Pool
I think this would work well with black linen trousers and a little black cardi, both of which I have somewhere, just don't ask me a. where or b. if I can still get into them.
Looking at the photos of me in this top, I feel that there is much too much material in the bodice, so I need to make the shoulders narrower. I think this could easily go down to an inch wide (just enough to cover a bra strap), and there is plenty of room in the back - the waistband is not fitted to my rib cage, so I think there is some room for improvement there too. I might have a go at the backs of all the Danielles, but I'm not going to start fiddling with the necklines, too much hoohaa with the bias binding and I find you can hardly ever re-use it.
So, another improvement to try on Danielle #6 perhaps...?
