So back in the days when Baby Stash was a medium sized bump on my front, the lovely Andrea at Apples and Pears gave me a Stylish Blogger award and I have been desperately racking my brains ever since to think of seven (even moderately) interesting things to tell you about myself.
- I've been wearing glasses since I was about 9 years old and once (when I was a teenager) painted a pair of specs with red gloss paint (which took ages to dry and probaby made me look like that dreadful 80s tv astrologist - what was his name...) because I was so fed up with having horrible blue NHS frames.
- I was diagnosed with a cataract in my right eye last summer (which can't currently be operated on) , so I have one nicely plucked eyebrow and one that looks like a stuck on caterpillar because my vision is too blurry to see what I'm doing. A handy way to recognise me at craft shows!
- I have a 1976 Mini Estate which I am going to restore when I win the Lottery (I know, I know...)
- I used to eat raw liver when I was little. And cat biscuits.
- I'm a(n unemployed) Chartered Landscape Architect.
- When I tell people I'm a landscape architect and they think I design gardens, I get really fed up.
- I got a Half-Blue for horse riding when I was at uni. That is about 1% as impressive as getting a full Blue but I'm sure it will come in handy one day...
And now I am supposed to nominate some Stylish Bloggers of my own. But I'm going to chicken out of this - it requires too much brain capacity for me at the moment, and a lot of the blogs I would have nominated have already been nominated somewhere down the line.
